THE STORY
A family business born in 1980
AGRILENE was born in 1980 thanks to the flair of its founder, Bernard Joublin. Family oriented, the business was gradually taken over by his daughter, Sidonie, from 2001. Today under his supervision, AGRILENE sees Bernard's grandson, Théo, taking over.
Bernard JOUBLIN
Founder
1980, Bernard JOUBLIN created AGRILENE. It was at this time the beginning of the use of rock wool as a growing medium in France. For 40 years now, he has never stopped looking for innovation, listening to his customers.
Today, however, at retirement age, he continues to pass on his know-how and advice to the generations that follow him.
Sidonie JOUBLIN-KARM
Administratif management
1992, Sidonie KARM, daughter of the founder, joined AGRILENE. Today, in charge of the general management, she manages the various departments of the family business.
Théo KARM
Chief Executive Officier
2018, Théo joined the company and took over from his grandfather as manager. Through his training as an engineer, rigorous and methodical, he finds his motivation in the wealth of the horticulture sector which continues to develop.

Customer manager, Sandrine pays particular attention to customer satisfaction. His experience in the field, his listening skills and his great knowledge of our products allow him to best meet all needs with suitable solutions.
